HYDRATION
600 mg of sodium per scoop, alongside potassium and magnesium, helps replace electrolytes lost through sweat and support fluid balance.

Moderate caffeine, L-Tyrosine, Alpha-GPC, and L-Theanine support alertness, attention, and mental performance without making TRAIN feel like a traditional high-stimulant pre-workout.

ENDURANCE
L-Citrulline, Beta-Alanine, Betaine, and Taurine support blood flow, power output, hydration, and the ability to maintain performance as training becomes more demanding.

Adjust your intake of 1 or 2 scoops to match the duration and intensity of your training.
