FAQ.

Does TRAIN contain caffeine? +

Yes. Each scoop contains 40 mg of caffeine, or 80 mg with 2 scoops. The amount is intentionally moderate to support alertness and focus without making TRAIN feel like a traditional high-stimulant pre-workout.

How is TRAIN different from a pre-workout? +

Pre-workouts are typically built around high doses of stimulants, little to no carbohydrate, and ingredients designed to create a noticeable pump or energy hit in the gym. That can be useful for some workouts, but it does not fully fuel an athlete through a longer training session.

TRAIN is built differently, combining carbohydrate, electrolytes, focus support, and endurance ingredients to help fuel the work itself—not just create the feeling of being stimulated.

How is TRAIN different from other sports drinks on the market? +

Most sports drinks are built primarily around carbohydrates and electrolytes. TRAIN uses high-quality carbohydrate and electrolytes, then goes further by supporting focus and endurance, giving athletes a more complete formula for the demands of training.

Why are there two dosing levels? +

Every athlete and training session has different demands. The lower dose is designed for shorter sessions, while the higher dose is better suited for longer, harder training.

It gives you a simple way to match your fuel, hydration, focus, and endurance support to the work you’re actually doing.

Can I take 3 scoops a day? +

Yes. TRAIN can be used at up to 3 scoops per day. The formula was designed so that 3 scoops remains within the intended daily use range while still giving athletes flexibility for longer or multiple training sessions.

Will TRAIN affect my sleep if I take it in the late afternoon or evening? +

TRAIN uses a low amount of caffeine—40 mg per scoop—so it is designed to provide focused energy without the heavy stimulant hit of many traditional pre-workouts. This can reduce the likelihood of feeling overly wired during training or crashing afterward.

Caffeine sensitivity still varies, so if caffeine affects your sleep, be mindful of how late you use it.

Can I drink TRAIN on rest days? +

You can, but TRAIN was formulated specifically around the demands of training. It makes the most sense when you’re practicing, working out, competing, or otherwise putting in meaningful work.

Is TRAIN third-party tested for banned substances? +

Yes. Each production batch of TRAIN is third-party tested for banned substances, and a Certificate of Analysis is reviewed before the batch is released.

Will you be offering more flavors? +

Yes. Fruit Punch is our first flavor, with more planned as TRAIN grows.

Can a younger athlete use TRAIN? +

For athletes under 18, that decision should be made by a parent or guardian together with a qualified healthcare professional or sports dietitian who understands the athlete’s training demands.

Do I need TRAIN if I’m not a competitive athlete? +

TRAIN is built for anyone who wants to fuel their training better. You do not need to compete at a high level or participate in a competitive sport to benefit from better fuel, hydration, focus, and endurance support during demanding workouts. We believe there is an athlete in all of us.
