How are you feeling after the Super Bowl? The Super Bowl these days are almost like a National Holiday. Everyone goes to parties and drinks and eats very poor. I mean how could you not? I went to a Super Bowl party yesterday loaded with any type of food and beverage you could ask for.
But I ate healthy and only drank water. It can be tempting but how I adjust in those situations is by eating continuously throughout the day. Or eating something right before I go to the party. This way, when I am at the party I am not so hungry that I have to give into the craving and eat the chips or snickers bars.
How about alcohol? I just drink water throughout the day. Or a great idea is to grab a drink and hold it in your hand. This way people won't bug you to drink. They will see the beer or wine and assume your drinking. This doesn't mean you have to drink. But if you have 1 beer throughout the day and let it last, then you will be fine.
I know its tough but those are some of the things I do if I want to follow a regiment. Then again, if you wanted to party yesterday, get up and go break a sweat. You will feel a lot better.
