I am currently in the best shape of my life. I eat healthy and train 6 days a week. But do I still have fun? Please enjoy life. Train hard, eat right but most importantly have fun. I do not want people addressing fitness as a subject where we have to lock ourselves into our rooms and cannot eat out or go have a nice glass of wine. Please enjoy life, you can still be in the best shape of your life and have fun by eating at nice places and enjoying a nice cold beer.
